(1) The authority may inspect, monitor and supervise the industries established in the special economic zone.
(2) During the inspection, monitoring and supervision according to sub-section (1), if any licensee is found to have done any work contrary to this Act or the rules or agreements made under this Act, the authority may issue necessary instructions to the relevant licensee.
(3) It shall be the duty of the concerned licensee to comply with the instructions given by the authority as per sub-section (2).
